Amaretto Sour

For valentine’s day 2023 we are making two heart shaped choccies, the second is this boozy delight inspired by Amaretto Sour cocktails. A dash of Amaretto, a splash of bourbon and a sprinkling of lemon juice in a milk chocolate ganache. All encased in a white chocolate shell and decorated with bright red cocoa butter.

Ingredients

White Chocolate contains minimum 30% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla), Cream, Glucose Syrup, Butter, Sorbitol, Lemon Juice, Amaretto (Sugar, Alcohol, Almond Distillate, Flavours, Caramelized Plain Sugar, Aged Italian Brandy), Bourbon (contains corn, barley, rye)
