Bitter Orange Caramel

A Seville orange caramel cup with dark chocolate 

At Coastal Cocoa we love caramels, but we also love fruity chocolates. So we decided to combine them. Our bitter orange caramels use Seville oranges, giving them a marmalade like taste that blends perfectly with our caramel and our 55% Belgian dark chocolate. These pack quite a punch, but if you like your flavour strong like we do, we think you will appreciate them. And as for the shape, what could be more classic that a caramel cup? 

Ingredients 

Dark Chocolate contains minimum 55% cocoa solids (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla), Sugar, Cream, Butter, Seville Bitter Oranges, Water, Glucose Syrup, Citric Acid, Pectin, Vanilla Paste (vanilla extract, alcohol, sugar, xanthan gum)
