Caramel Ice Cream Cone

For our January limited edition we are embracing the mash up trend (only 20 years late, lol) by combining two popular flavours from our Seaside Selection. What happens if you combine Salt/Water and Vanilla Ice Cream Cone. Well you get these Caramel Ice Cream Cones. A layer of dark chocolate ganache with feuilletine mixed in. A second layer of salted caramel milk chocolate ganache. All enrobed in white chocolate and decorated with our logo, printed in house using our food safe ink printer. Are we showing off our ability to print custom designs and place them on chocolates, we just might be!

We have already had a couple of customers declaring that this is their new favourite.
