Cherry and Almond Marzipan

It’s Christmas, so it’s time for marzipan. This recipe uses a classic almond marzipan with a dash of cherry flavour, decorated with some xmas sprinkles. One of our December limited edition micro batch flavours.
Ingredients
Dark Chocolate contains minimum 55% cocoa solids (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla), Almonds, Sugar, Cherry flavouring, Xmas Sprinkles (sugar, maize starch, vegetable oils (coconut, shea), concentrates (radish, spirulina, safflower, lemon, apple, carrot, blackcurrant, hibiscus), glazing agents (shellac, beeswax), colour (titanium dioxide), stabiliser (acacia gum), caramelised sugar syrup, tapioca starch)
