Coffee and Hazelnut Bites


When a recent batch of Coffee and Hazelnut bars went a bit wrong, I didn’t chuck them or scoff the lot…I made COFFEE & HAZELNUT BITES! Recycling at its best.
I blitzed the failed bars into crumbs, blended these into a ganache, rolled into truffles and then hand dipped them to create a 55% dark chocolate shell.
