Extra Dark Truffle

Our September limited edition truffle is the darkest chocolate we have made to date. These chocolates use the same 85% dark as our popular single origin Columbian bars using cocoa beans from the Tumaco region. This has a bold flavour without being overly bitter, and has earthy undertones. Our truffles use a water based ganache to really let the cocoa flavour shine, and are dipped in tempered chocolate before being rolled in cocoa powder for a very traditional truffle look.
