The temperature is dropping and the nights are drawing in. We are finally getting some rain and the climate is getting more conducive to chocolate making. Yes, autumn is here and it’s time for some spice in our lives. Our Gingerbread truffles have a 45% dark milk chocolate shell with a delicious gingerbread flavour ganache inside and are decorated with so much shine they could almost be made of gold. Gingerbread is our limited edition micro batch flavour for September.
