It's time for our October limited edition micro batch truffle, and while everyone is getting Halloweeny, we are celebrating one of our favourite things about Autumn... the new honey harvest.
Our Honey and Nutmeg chocolates contain a ganache using local honey from Brede Valley Honey. I would tag them, but they are not on FB, and their website is "coming soon", but they do make some very fine honey (I found them at the monthly Icklesham market). Add in one of my top spices - nutmeg (second only to scary), and you have one of my favourite limited editions to date (I know, I probably say that every month!).
