Lemon and Pistachio Marzipan

It’s Christmas, so it’s time for marzipan. This recipe uses a classic pistachio marzipan with a dash of lemon, decorated with a couple fondant leaves. One of our December limited edition micro batch flavours.

Ingredients

White Chocolate contains minimum 30% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla), Pistachios, Almonds, Sugar, Lemon Oil, Holly Leaf Shapes (sugar, vegetable oils (coconut, shea), rice flour, concentrates (spirulina, apple), thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), colours (lutein), flavouring)
