For my August limited edition I've gone with a flavour that is both fruity and floral. Orange blossom water is actually produced in the spring, when the orange tree blossoms. But it feels like a summery flavour to me, with its unique combination of citrus and sweet floweriness.
These chocolates contain a milk chocolate orange blossom caramel ganache, enrobed in a dark milk chocolate, and decorated with a few sprinkles of honeycomb.
