Introducing our May limited edition, and I'm called them "Peach Melba'ed".
The weather is warming up, so we are getting summery with a peach liqueur ganache paired with a dollop of raspberry jam, all encased in a dark chocolate shell decorated with white chocolate.
Michael McIntyre does standup about "drunkonyms", where almost any word can be modified to describe being drunk. Think "hammered", "trousered", or McIntyre's example of "gazeboed". Well I'm adding "Peach Melba'ed" to the list. Admittedly these aren't as strong as our Amaretto Sours, you would need quite a lot of them to get properly wellied.
