Raspberry Caramel

For valentine’s day 2023 we are making two heart shaped choccies, the first is this raspberry caramel in a dark chocolate shell.

Ingredients

Dark Chocolate contains minimum 55% cocoa solids (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla), Raspberry, Cream, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Butter, Vanilla Paste (vanilla extract, alcohol, sugar, xanthan gum), Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Colour – E172
