Coconut and Cardamom Ladoo – Vegan
India has a long tradition of amazing sweets, with a diversity that is unsurprising given the size of the country and the range of cultures within it. This India based chocolate takes inspiration from ladoo, which is a coconut dessert often spiced with cardamom. My version is enrobed in dark chocolate and decorated with a sprinkle of toasted coconut. It’s like an Indian Bounty!
