Our classic vegan dark chocolate truffle, a water ganache of Belgian dark chocolate enrobed in a shell of the same Belgian dark chocolate
These chocolates could not be much simpler. Dark chocolate, sugars, water… and nothing else. A water-based ganache of Belgian dark chocolate is made with demerara sugar to give it a hint of caramel and molasses. The ganache is then dipped in Belgian dark chocolate and decorated with a classic double ridge. A pure and deep chocolate hit. And vegan friendly too.
