My take on Eton Mess may come from Hastings rather than Eton College, but I’m sure you’ll agree it’s just as delicious as the original. The 30% white chocolate in this bar is my favourite white, and it is topped with little meringue pieces and strawberry crisp-pearls. Enjoy a taste of summer at any time of year!
