A dark chocolate hazelnut praline embedded with caramelised hazelnut nibs and enrobed in Belgian dark chocolate
Hazelnuts are a classic pairing with chocolate so I had to include a recipe with them in our initial range. In these chocolates I created a hazelnut praline, which is nuts boiled in sugar then blended to a smooth paste. To add a bit of texture some caramelised hazelnut nibs are mixed in with the praline. The praline is presented in a Belgian dark chocolate shell in the classic swirl pattern. These chocolates are vegan friendly. I am sure you will be nuts about them!
