Honey and Almond
A layer of honey and almond nougat and a layer of honey ganache, enrobed in Belgian milk chocolate and topped with toasted almonds
We consider honey to be an under-used and under-rated flavour in chocolates so we were keen to include a honey–based recipe in our initial range. We love nougat so pairing the honey with almond was an easy decision. This chocolate has a layer of honey and almond nougat at the bottom to give it a bit of texture. On top of that is a layer of beautifully smooth honey ganache. We then enrobe the chocolate in a Belgian milk chocolate sourced from the South Pacific islands of Vanuatu, add a couple of toasted almond flakes for decoration, and it is ready to enjoy.
