The chocolate in our milk truffles is a 44% Belgian milk chocolate which gives it a deeper, more robust flavour than most milk chocolates. Other than that, we keep it simple. Our luxuriously smooth ganache with a thin shell of tempered chocolate makes this a treat any chocolate lover will appreciate.
