Roasted Gold with Hazelnut
Here at Coastal Cocoa we love gold chocolate, which is basically white chocolate that has been toasted (see our highly popular Salted Caramel Gold Bars). So when I found a recipe that involved toasting chocolate that was already gold I knew I had to try it. After all what is better than gold…. double gold! These chocolates contain a toasted gold ganache, a bit of nutty crunch mixed with dark chocolate, all in a milk chocolate shell (literally). Roasted Gold and Hazelnut is my August limited edition micro-batch flavour.
